Here it is, your Party Run Sheet. This little document will be super convenient to have on the day of your party to help you keep track of what to do and when to do it. This Party Run Sheet will ensure that you and your Dancing Queen Entertainer are perfectly coordinated. You will see there are some pink boxes down the left side of the Party Run Sheet. These have been left blank for you to write in your specific party times. Take a look below for our suggested party timing and customise it to your party, as always email or call me if you have any questions.

Suggested party timing:
Option 1 party (1 hr with your Dancing Queen Entertainer)
2pm – Guests Start to Arrive
2:30pm – Your Dancing Queen Entertainer Arrives (30 minutes after your guests have arrived)
3:15pm – Party Food and Faces (45 minutes after your Dancing Queen Entertainer starts entertaining)
3:30pm – Your Dancing Queen Entertainer Exits (15 minutes after starting the faces)
3:45pm – Birthday Cake (15 minutes after your Entertainer exits)
4:00pm – Conclusion of Party (2 hrs after start of party)
Option 2 & 3 party (1.5 hrs with your Dancing Queen Entertainer)
2pm – Guests Start to Arrive
2:15pm – Your Dancing Queen Entertainer Arrives (15 minutes after your guests have arrived)
3:25pm – Party Food and Faces (1hr 10 minutes after your Dancing Queen Entertainer starts entertaining)
3:45pm – Your Dancing Queen Entertainer Exits (20 minutes after starting the faces)
3:50pm – Birthday Cake (5 minutes after your Entertainer exits)
4:00pm – Conclusion of Party (2 hrs after start of party)
